So I ask myself, what do I need to do to assist my client achieve their goals? This is my approach-
First, I step into the client’s shoes and operate as if I was working on a project for myself. I have passion for real estate, am very knowledgeable, am resourceful, and have an unrelenting determination to accomplish my goals. Bottom line, I care and your goals become my goals. I think you will quickly see these qualities shine through when I set out to work as your agent.
Second, I have personally done all of the things mentioned above and have learned many valuable lessons along the way. When I undertake an endeavor, I immerse myself in the project or task to become well-informed on the subject matter. As an inquisitive person by nature and an attorney by trade, it is in my nature to ask many questions, become informed, seek expert help when appropriate, and pay attention to every detail because it matters.
Third, I believe in collaboration. I will listen to your needs, note your goals, and ask questions to prompt further reflection. As your agent, I will work as your collaborator, partner, and advocate to achieve your desired results. Whether as an agent or as an attorney, I understand the importance of advising clients of their options, presenting alternative solutions, and discussing the pros/cons of each course of action.
Fourth, I believe in excellent customer service and I mean it. Perhaps my expectations are sky high due to law firm clients being very demanding, but my pet peeve is subpar customer service in any form or fashion. I am very responsive and available 24 hours a day 365 days a year because opportunity does not always wait. I will be knowledgeable on the micro and macro aspects of your deal or project. I will try to anticipate your needs or questions you may have. I will leverage my network to arm you with resources and expertise when needed.
